These terms apply to all purchases made through onestworldwide.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Business ONEST is a UK-based online retailer selling premium clothing. Our products are printed on demand and shipped directly to you.
Your Order When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed when we send your order to production.
Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Cancellations and Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Our garments are printed to order but are not personalised to your individual specification, and therefore your standard right to cancel applies. To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@onestworldwide.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and breaches of your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not caused by our breach or was not reasonably foreseeable.
Our products are supplied for personal and domestic use. We are not responsible for business losses resulting from commercial use of our products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country, and nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings.
