These terms apply to all purchases made through onestworldwide.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Business

ONEST is a UK-based online retailer selling premium clothing. Our products are printed on demand and shipped directly to you.

Your Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed when we send your order to production.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us immediately. After this point, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — which includes print-on-demand items produced specifically for you.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. As our garments are made to order, we ask that you check the size guide carefully before purchasing. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Faulty or incorrect items will be returned at our cost.

Governing Law
