Orders

How long will my order take?

All ONEST garments are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus your chosen delivery time. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin production quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@onestworldwide.com and we’ll do our best to help. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all UK mainland orders over £100. Orders under £100 are subject to a standard shipping fee at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received this within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. As our garments are made to order, we ask that you check the size guide carefully before purchasing. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Faulty or incorrect items will be returned at our cost. See our full Returns Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@onestworldwide.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

All measurements on our Size Guide are garment measurements, not body measurements. We recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing. If you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Do your garments shrink?

All our garments are preshrunk. Washing at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying will keep them in the best condition.

Product

How are ONEST garments printed?

Every garment is printed using direct to garment (DTG) technology — ink is applied directly into the fabric fibres for a print that stays sharp, moves with the garment, and doesn’t crack or peel over time.

Are your garments sustainable?

We believe in making things that last. By producing to order rather than holding excess stock, we avoid overproduction. Our heavyweight garments are built to outlast fast fashion — fewer replacements means less waste.
